Where is my order?
We always ship our orders the same business day through our mail provider. However, delays may occur at the postal supplier if they are too busy. If this delay is longer than 3 business days please feel free to contact us and we will look for an appropriate solution.
Can I return my order?
Yes, it is possible to return your order within 14 days of receiving it. For more information on our return policy visit our Shipping & Returns page.
Do you have a store I can visit?
Our company is located in Amsterdam-Sloterdijk. Here we also receive customers with questions about specific products or orders. People also drop by who first want to take a closer look at a product they want. In that case our staff will be happy to give you more information. However, we do ask that you always make an appointment before coming by. We are often out the door, and want to prevent customers from waiting in front of a closed door.
