A cross lock breaker is a three part tool designed to open locks, but by causing irreparable damage to the lock. Do you have for example a door that will not open because you lost the key? Or does the lock not work anymore? Then, this pin lock breaker is a perfect tool in such situations. Place the crosshead bit in the lock and give it a few firm taps with a hammer. Then turn on the bit holder with the ratchet. Do this a couple of times and the lock breaks open.
